The practice is on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, in Lexington County — minutes from Cayce and Lexington, and a short drive from Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Forest Acres and Blythewood.
We do not accept insurance. We accept cash, check, debit, and CareCredit financing with no added fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover carry a 3% surcharge. All cosmetic services require payment in full. Cosmetic surgery requires a $250 non-refundable deposit at scheduling, with the balance due two weeks prior. Any surgery cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks of its date incurs a non-refundable $1,000 cancellation fee.
