Payment & Financing

We do not accept insurance. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and CareCredit with no added fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover carry a 3% surcharge. All financing is available through CareCredit — visit CareCredit.com for more information.

• Surgery deposit: $250, non-refundable, due when you schedule cosmetic surgery.
• Balance: paid in full two weeks before your surgery date. Payment not received by then cancels the surgery, and the cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellation fee: $1,000, non-refundable, for any surgery cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks of its date.
• Office visits: cosmetic services are paid in full at each visit.
• Disability and leave forms: $20 per form, paid in advance, completed within one week.
• Prior balances are paid in full before scheduling additional, non-emergent procedures.
