Payment Policy

We do not accept insurance. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and CareCredit with no added fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover carry a 3% surcharge. All financing is available through CareCredit. Visit CareCredit.com to apply or learn more.

All cosmetic services require payment in full at each visit. Cosmetic surgery requires a $250 non-refundable deposit upon scheduling, with the remaining balance due in full two weeks prior to surgery; payments not received by that time will cancel the scheduled surgery, and the cancellation fee will be charged. Any surgery cancelled or rescheduled within two weeks of its date incurs a non-refundable $1,000 cancellation fee. In-office procedures are due in full when services are rendered, and any previous balance must be paid before scheduling additional, non-emergent procedures. Disability and leave forms are $20 per form, paid in advance, and are completed within one week.
